Chicago piano & strings trio treats Karachiites

The city’s classical-and light-music fans were treated to a scintillating evening of the classics and lighter music at the Alliance Francais on Monday.
The piano and strings trio, the strings being a violin and a viola, from Chicago, comprised seasoned musicians who also are music teachers back home.
The evening’s performance, as one would have expected , opened with a piece by Mozart, music immortalised by its versatility and melody of a totally celestial nature.The piece:the Sinfonia Concertante, in E-Flat Major, K-364.
