Writing Competition for Journalists on Software Piracy

Business Software Alliance (BSA) Wednesday announced a national article writing competition for journalists on the ills of software piracy, offering Rs. 90,000 cash awards. The winner would get the Rs. 40,000 bumper prize, while the two runners up would be awarded Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 20,000 each respectively.
The competition is open to all the journalists of English and Urdu print media across the country, including magazines, said a BSA press release issued here. The participants are asked to highlight the advantages of using legal software and harms that software piracy does to Pakistan.
