Sajji – Baloch Barbeque Tempts Locals, Foreigners Alike

Barbecued meat is a favourite with most Pakistanis as we are definitely a nation that prefers meat in all its forms. There are many ways to barbecue meat with or without the addition of various spices and one of the best, I’m sure nearly everyone will agree, is the Balochi style known as ‘Sajji.’ If you want taste the most succulent and tasty meat of all time, you must have a meal at one of the stalls that prepare ‘Sajji’ at the mela. And yes, there are shops in the city that have it on their menu, but somehow the manner in which it is prepared here gives it a taste apart.
