Canadian Firm to Develop Pakistan Oilfield

The Vancouver-based junior oil and gas explorer said Wednesday it had signed a memorandum of agreement with Pakistan’s national oil company to develop the Toot field in Punjab Province, near the capital city of Islamabad.
