Pakistan's 1st ODI win against England 2015

Pakistan wins first ODI thanks to Muhammad Hafeez\'s brilliant century and Muhammad Irfan\'s three wickets. Azhar ali and Younus Khan missed out but a exciting 62* innings by young Babar Azam. Muhammad Rizwan will join team today and likely play the next match on Friday as Younus Khan has announced his retirement and will not play remaining matches.Pakistan are now 1 up in the 4 match series now need only one win to avoid series defeat.

England on the other hand missing the experience in both batting and bowling department. In 2012 series win against Pakistan in UAE the major contributor was Alistair Cook who is not playing ODI cricket. Also England going with two young pacers in their bowling attack but missing experience of James Anderson and Stuart Broad. Lets hope England make a comeback in second ODI on Friday and give a good fight to Pakistan.

If Pakistan beat England 4-0 , it will not effect Pakistan\'s ranking as they are on 90 points now and will go to 93 points. Bangladesh is at 7 position with 97 points and playing odi series against Zimbabwe which will also not make much difference in their points.

But 4-0 defeat will affect England\'s ranking as they are on 100 points and will go to 95 which will drop them to seven position and Bangladesh will move to 6th position.
