Being one of the hottest topics in Politics is Local Government Election 2015 & also walking around streets we can see contestants started preparation, also newspapers selling news about this forthcoming event. On the floor & underground Political parties preparing themselves to win this battle of elephants by hook or by crook.

Despite displaying giant hoardings & posters they must come up with set action plan & agenda to show interests & plan in building better Pakistan. Local bodies are playing vital role in developing countries in bringing actual change & having long run effects in public requirements.

In line with forthcoming set-up to build better & prosperous nation here are few areas where selected Panels or individuals should work.

• First of all must make survey & analyze local area basic & indispensable needs regarding urban/rural, agricultural/Non agricultural, industrial/Non Industrial etc regional classification.
• Make a plan to fulfil aforementioned indispensable requirements of public in local area.
• Must establish a Mohallah/Village/Sector Committees of senior & reputable individuals in each union council.
• Must establish a Masjid Committee with local people in each Masjid of union council.
• Manage to set up a pool of Ambulance in their union council with assistance of Federal/Provincial Govt. or by local charity groups & authorities.
• Manage to build a set-up of Rescue 1122 & 15 in each union council.
• Manage to build or revamp local dispensary in each union council.
• Manage to build a laboratory set-up with said dispensary & easy access for public.
• Manage to build a local library in each union council.
• Manage to prepare a proper set up with federal & provincial educational concerns a proper evaluation & revamp plan of Govt. Schools in union council.
• Strong collaboration with educational authorities may assist Local Govt. concerns to convey their area needs in terms of new schools & colleges.
• Manage to build a technical & vocational institute to train illiterate & low level (Male/Females) educated people in area.
• Manage to revamp Zakat committees & Bait-ul-Maal set up in each union council to assist right concerns in spite of voters.
• Manage to build low cost plant nurseries in each union council with assistance of provincial & national agricultural institutes like (NRCA. PARC etc)
• Manage to build live stock dispensaries/laboratories etc in concern union council where livestock industry may flourish in rural areas.

Aforementioned gist of ideas is for each contestant group or individual to work & bring change with systematic manner. Analyzing needs in terms of basic necessities like clean drinking water, proper educational/medical/recreational/communication/cleanliness facilities from govt. in each union council & then further assurance in provision of said union council is basic duty of Local Govt. Bodies.

Building Mohallah/Masjid/traders committees of locals are to bring peace & harmony, unity, ethnic & cultural gatherings among locals will results charismatic change in social environment. Binding Federal & provincial legislative members in bringing basic necessities at union council levels like Rescue, security, emergency, library, dispensary, laboratory set up for proper change.

Roadmap to deliver from grass route level & in betterment of country may assist us to stand with civilized & developed nations.
