I started ElZaA because I wanted to share myself with my family. I've named it after my children.. and their names.

For me, cooking is an expression of love. For the family, for food and for yourself as well... I cannot imagine going into the kitchen when angry, because the imagination and creativity, the interest is missing.
I've tried to bring that across in my writings and hope that its visible.
Having said all that, I'm far from perfect, can't take a picture to save my life and have absolutely random ideas in the middle of all projects. I usually forget the ingredients I put in, because I dont really ever plan them before hand... and yet, Alhamdolillah, the food is almost always good
I hope those of you who drop by out of curiosity, will stay out of love...
